Abstract
1 min readObjective:To establish a methods for the determination of icariin in Xiaopi Granules by HPLC.Methods:The Intersil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used.The mobile phase used was acetonitrile-water(26.3:73.7) and the detection wavelength was at 270 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 9.89-158.24 μg/ml(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was(100.15±0.44)% with a RSD of 0.44%.Conclusion:The method is simple and sensitive,it can be used as the quality control of Xiaopi Granules.
