Splenic B cells of LMP1/CD40 and control mice were enriched by depletion of CD43 cells

Cells were cultured for up to 5 d with anti-CD40 antibody (α-CD40) or without stimulation (w/o). (A) Percentages of living cells (Topro negative) were determined daily by flow cytometry.
