We employed portable photosynthesis dectector and chlorophyll fluorometer to address the impacts of different concentrations of NaCl stress on photosynthesis and PSII photochemical activity of peppermint. Results show that concentration-dependent variation exhibits for the growth and biomass of peppermint under NaCl stress. Peppermint can normally grow under 100 and 150 mmol /L NaCl stress. Photosynthesis and PSII photochemical activity of peppermint are significantly decrease and electron transfer between QAand QBis inhibited with the increase of NaCl concentration. The impact of photosynthesis on plant growth and metabolism is quite significant under NaCl stress. PSII is the most sensitive component in a photosynthetic system,and so important in the response of photoynthesis to environmental stress.
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Ferula sinkiangensis. Method Compounds were isolated by repeated chromatography on silica gel. Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic methods. Result Seven compounds were identified as fekrynol (1), fekolone (2), farnesiferol B (3), isosamarcandin (4), episamarcandin (5), farnesiferol C (6), umbelliferone (7). Conclusion All the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
By measuring the indexes related to growth,yield,and quality of Gannong No. 3,Gannong No. 5,tourists alfalfa,and their hybrid offspring and combining gray systematic theory,we structured the comprehensive evaluation model for all materials. The results showed that fast-growing 12# and fast-growing 11# were better strains,and the growth height were respectively 105. 44 cm and 105. 42 cm,growth rates were 1. 75 cm and 1. 68 cm every day,meanwhile stem-leaf ratios were 0. 30 and 0. 25,branch numbers were 23 and 17,fresh yield were 39. 99 t/hm2and 35. 13 t/hm2,and then crude protein contents were 19. 95% and 23. 89%,relative feeding value were153. 15% and 157. 02%. The comprehensive evaluation result on average growth height,growth rate,leaf-stem ratio,branch number,fresh yield,crude protein content,and relative feeding value showed that multi-leaf 2#,fast-growing #5,fast-growing 20#,and fast-growing 21# could be used as good potential strains.

According to the result, the article summarized the main problems and causes existing in agricultural machinery service after sales, offered relative suggestions for the improvement, and provided a reference for improving the service quality after sales of agricultural machinery in the whole province.
Effective engagement by large language models (LLMs) requires adapting responses to users' sociodemographic characteristics, such as age, occupation, and education level. While many real-world applications leverage dialogue history for contextualization, existing evaluations of LLMs' behavioral adaptation often focus on single-turn prompts. In this paper, we propose a framework to evaluate LLM adaptation when attributes are introduced either (1) explicitly via user profiles in the prompt or (2) implicitly through multi-turn dialogue history. We assess the consistency of model behavior across these modalities. Using a multi-agent pipeline, we construct a synthetic dataset pairing dialogue histories with distinct user profiles and employ questions from the Value Survey Module (VSM 2013) (Hofstede and Hofstede, 2016) to probe value expression. Our findings indicate that most models adjust their expressed values in response to demographic changes, particularly in age and education level, but consistency varies. Models with stronger reasoning capabilities demonstrate greater alignment, indicating the importance of reasoning in robust sociodemographic adaptation.
