
Dr Snežana Štetić finished University of Belgrade- Department of Tourismology , her MSc in Marketing in tourism at University of Belgrade and also her PhD in economics, tourism and hotel management. Research work abroad at: LSE- London school of Economics; University of Surrey and London University-Department of Geography. Dr Štetić was professor at Department of Tourismology, University of Belgrade, full professor at the Department of Geography, Tourism and Hotel Management, University of Novi Sad and professor at College of Tourism in Belgrade. Dr Štetić is highly regarded for her pioneering work in tourism impact and development research. As a recognized expert in tourism, in addition to teaching in Yugoslavia and Serbia she is (was) a visiting professor abroad. Engaged as mentor for a number of thesis studies, specialist, MSc level, and PhD level. She is the author of numerous articles books and books chapters Published 35 books in field of Tourism, many scientific articles and joined many international and domestic Congresses; Author and co-author of many research projects in the field of tourism; Author of specialized business schools in Tourism and seminars for tour guiding, tour operator representatives, rural tourism, education of local communities for development of tourism. Engaged as mentor for a number of thesis studies, specialist, MA level, and PhD level. She is also member of editorial boards of many scientific Journals and Magazines.
