have over 26 years of professional experience in the aviation industry with Turkish Airlines, progressing from Cabin Crew to Cabin Chief in 2009 and Senior Cabin Chief in 2013. Between 2013 and 2016, I also taught Emergency Procedures in the Civil Aviation Cabin Services program at Nişantaşı University while completing my thesis-based Master’s degree in Business Administration. Drawing on my extensive professional experience, my research examined the impact of in-flight service products—including cabin comfort, catering, and service quality—on passengers’ ticket purchasing decisions and airline ticket sales. In 2016, my thesis research was presented by Kocaeli University at an international scientific conference in Barcelona.
