Elif Beyoğlu is a master's student in Educational Administration at Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University. Her current research examines the reflections of the 2023 Education Vision and the Türkiye Century Education Model on teaching and administrative processes in boarding secondary schools. Her research interests include educational policy, school leadership, qualitative research, curriculum reform, and educational equity.
