Andrzej Bialowiec

My research interests focus on development, testing and implementing novel and improved waste management technologies. In 2018-2019, I served as the Fulbright Senior Scholar, at Iowa State University, Dept. of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering. I am an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Life Sciences and Technology, the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, Poland. I am also an Affiliate Associate Professor at Iowa State University, Dept. of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering. Before that; I served as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Environmental Sciences, Dept. of Environmental Biotechnology, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, Poland, where I graduated with a Ph.D. at the Faculty of Environmental Protection and Fisheries. I served as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Environmental Engineering at the Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Poland. I participated in scientific internships at Cardiff University, University of Beira Interior, Politechnica di Milano, Tsinghua University, and Stanford University (TOP 500 Innovators program).
