Die Hydridosilicat-Anionen [ArSiH4]− und [SiH6]2− werden als Liganden in den Si-H-σ-Dirutheniumkomplexen [{(PhBPPh3)Ru}2(μ-Cl)(μ-η3,η3-H4SiAr)] (Ar=2-MeOC6H4, Mes, Ph) bzw. [{(PhBPPh3)Ru}2(μ-η4,η4-H6Si)] stabilisiert. Diese Komplexe entstehen unter milden Bedingungen und konnten durch Einkristall-Röntgenstrukturanalyse (siehe Bild für den [SiH6]2−-Komplex), NMR- und IR-Spektroskopie sowie Rechnungen charakterisiert werden.
