Fütterungszeit Y. Xia et al. zeigen in der Zuschrift auf S. 2404 ff., dass es möglich ist, Palladium-Silber-Dimetallnanokristalle formselektiv zu züchten. Durch begrenzte Zufuhr von Silberatomen (rot) erfolgen Keimbildung und Wachstum nur an einer, oder an wenigen, der sechs gleichwertigen Flächen eines kubischen Palladiumkristallkeims; dies ist hier durch die Fütterung der hungrigen Frösche illustriert.
