Plättchen aus der Mikrowelle: Eine einfache Methode zur Herstellung von c-orientierten Cobalt-substituierten Silicoaluminophosphat-5(CoSAPO-5)-Membranen auf porösen Al2O3-Trägern wurde entwickelt. Die mikrowellenaktivierte Züchtung auf einer TiO2-Deckschicht ergab eine ausgerichtete Schicht von CoSAPO-5-Kristallen, die durch sekundäres mikrowellenverstärktes Hydrothermalwachstum in eine defektfreie Membran überführt wurde.
