Stem Cell Tenogenesis In article number 2312961, Manuela E. Gomes, Rui M. A. Domingues, and co-workers combine endogenous growth factor sequestration by molecularly imprinted nanoparticles with microcontact guidance by magnetic microfibers inside bioinspired hydrogel systems. Simultaneous control over biochemical and biophysical cues synergistically promotes a more robust tenogenic commitment of adipose tissue-derived stem cells. The principles of scalability and cost-effectiveness demonstrated here can be repurposed towards engineering other tissues in the future.
