Congress tourism destinations in the world and in Serbia

Congress tourism represents one of the most significant forms of tourist movements. As a combination of business, tourism and science, it is a relatively new phenomenon, which attracted very little attention from academics, researchers in the world as in Serbia. The subject of this paper is congress tourism destination and its elements, leading congress tourism destination in the world and in Serbia. The aim of paper is recognition of the most important congress destination in Serbia and to emphasize the importance of congress tourism in promoting tourist offer and improving image of Serbia in the world.
