Abstract The gold(I)‐catalyzed key step performed with allenyl indole (I) establishes three unique structural features of flinderole B (III) and C (IV): are the pyrrolidine ring C, the C‐3′ isobutenyl functionality, and the unsaturation at C‐14′.
