ChemInform Abstract: Synthesis and X‐Ray Crystal Structure of a Tricyclic Lead‐Nitrogen‐Boron Heterocycle.

Treatment of bis(tert‐butylamino)phenylborane (I) with butyllithium and subsequent reaction with PbCl 2 (II) lead to the formation of the tetraazadiplumbadiboratricyclooctanediiumdiide (III) which undergoes sublimation at 175°C, but decomposes in chlorinated solvents.
