This paper presents the design and development of a C-band Transmit (Tx) Receive (Rx) Calibration (CAL) module. Module has been realized using multilayer cards with maximum RF power handling of 50 dBm. High isolation (60 dB minimum) between Tx and Rx mode is achieved by using additional switch in each of the paths. Realized module has insertion loss of 18 dB max in Tx mode and gain of 33 dB in Rx mode. Input and output return losses are better than 10 dB over entire specified frequency range. Module exhibits ±1.5 dB max variation in gain and insertion loss over temperature range of - 20°C to 55°C.
