Piezoelectric Electronics In article number 2201630, Zhigao Hu, Zengfeng Di, and co-workers demonstrate the synthesis of 2D Mo1−xWxS2 alloy with variable W concentrations. By precisely tuning the fraction of W close to that of Mo, the Mo0.46W0.54S2 alloy has the highest configurational entropy and the best piezoelectric properties among Mo1−xWxS2-type alloys with different compositions.
