The FeCoZr/Cu multilayers were prepared by radio frequency sputtering. The static and microwave properties of these films were investigated by measuring the hysteresis loops and microwave permeability spectra. According to the static magnetic results, the multilayers were well in-plane uniaxial anisotropic samples with high saturation magnetization 1.7 T. The anisotropic field of these multilayer thin films can be adjusted from 18 Oe to 64 Oe by changing the thickness of Cu interlayer from 8.7 nm to 1.8 nm. As a consequence, the microwave permeability and resonance frequency can also be adjusted from 1.70 GHz to 2.88 GHz. This work might facilitate search for new materials with high permeability at high frequency.
Higher CEA trajectories are associated with a worse prognosis, highlighting the importance of enhanced monitoring for this group of patients.

We aimed to determine whether receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 2 (ROR2) is involved in the occurrence of acute lung injury (ALI) by an animal study and explore the effect of ROR2 downregulation on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-treated human lung carcinoma A549 cells by a cytological study. Murine models of ALI were successfully constructed by intratracheal instillation of LPS. Meanwhile, A549 cell line stimulated with LPS was used for a cytological study. The expression of ROR2 and its effect on proliferation, cell cycle, apoptosis, and inflammation were detected. It was found that LPS administration markedly inhibited the cell proliferation, resulted in cell cycle arrest at G1 phage, elevated levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines and apoptosis rate of A549 cells. However, LPS-mediated adverse effects mentioned above were significantly ameliorated by downregulation of ROR2 in comparison with LPS treatment. In addition, administration of ROR2 siRNA notably decreased the phosphorylation level of c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) and extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) in LPS-challenged A549 cells. Thus, the present data indicate that downregulation of ROR2 may decrease LPS-induced inflammatory responses and cell apoptosis through inhibiting JNK and ERK signaling pathway, which attenuates ALI.
In this work, the microwave magnetic properties of oblique deposited CoHf/Ta multilayers were investigated. The high frequency magnetic properties of CoHf/Ta multilayers showed different behaviors with oblique angle for different Ta interlayer thickness t. For example, when the Ta interlayer thickness fixed as 5.0 nm, the resonance frequency fr increased from 2.1 to 3.4 GHz with the oblique deposition angle θ changing from 10° to 30°. However, when the Ta layer fixed as 15.0 nm, the fr decreased from 2.5 to 1.7 GHz with the oblique deposition angle changing in the same range. The opposite behavior of the fr with θ is supposed to result from the existence of the Ta buffer layer, in which the thicker Ta interlayer may hinder the self-shadow effects of the CoHf magnetic layers.
