Two‐Dimensional Heterostructure Complementary Logic Enabled by Optical Writing

Next Generation Transistors Complementary logic remains a challenge for next generation transistors based on 2D materials. In article number 2300319, Branson D. Belle and co-workers demonstrate complementary logic in WSe2 heterostructure transistors based on substrate engineering coupled with photo induced doping. The effect of the doping strategy is shown with HR-TEM.
