Liriodendron chinense (Hemsl. ) Sarg. population at Mt. Longwang, Zhejiang, appears to be declined, by means of measurement and analysis in age-structure, size-structure, and static life-table. Local population at Mafengan seems to be more intensively declined than that at Xianrenqiao. It is suggested that strengthening conservation practice of these populations should be an emergency task.
