The Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire Correlates with Disability and Clinical Parameters in Elderly Patients with Heart Failure — Giovanni Pulignano (2000) | RDL Network
Background: Congestive heart failure (CHF) is the leading cause of hospitalization among older persons. Functional, cognitive and socio-environmental factors frequently contribute to exacerbations of CHE suggesting that many hospital admissions (HA) could be prevented. Seeking to decrease morbidity and costs, the identification of risk factors for HA could be useful to set up targeted programs.
