With the advent of the “internet+” era, leveraging the internet to address the “silver hair crisis” has emerged as a contemporary and promising development strategy. The “internet+ pension” model, in particular, offers significant potential for growth. In this context, this paper integrates Andersen's behavioral model theory with the rural elderly care service model to construct a comprehensive research framework. Through the analysis of questionnaire survey results and the application of statistical methods, three hypotheses regarding rural elderly care services are proposed. These hypotheses explore the impact of predisposing factors, enabling factors, and need factors on the rural pension model, utilizing single-factor analysis, multi-factor analysis, and binary logistic regression analysis. Given the higher medical expenses and lower medical coverage often encountered by rural elderly populations, it is crucial that rural pension models are designed to fully address these needs, ensuring adequate economic support and healthcare coverage.
