<p>Supplementary Table 2 shows the genetic variant overlap (same variants or variants in LD R2>0.001 between exposures) for the three exposures tested in our Mendelian randomization analyses (i.e., genetic liability to allergic diseases and their overlap with variants associated with asthma-related phenotypes and hay fever/allergic rhinitis or eczema).</p>
