To define the imaging correlates of hand motor impairment, we applied structural and functional MRI techniques in a large cohort of multiple sclerosis (MS) patients and evaluated the correlations between abnormalities of regional brain gray matter (GM) volumes, white matter (WM) integrity and resting state (RS) functional connectivity (FC) with measures of manual dexterity and EDSS.
