Soft Skills: un levier essentiel pour la formation professionnelle au Maroc

This paper explores the importance of soft skills, particularly communication skills, for BTS Tourism Management students during their internships. Based on qualitative data collected through a questionnaire from students at the Alkhawarizmi Center in Chefchaouen, the study highlights the key skills required, the challenges faced, and the implications for training programs. The results emphasize the importance of soft skills for the professional development of students and suggest improvements for training programs.
