A ZnCo<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>NFs//ZnCo<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>NW symmetrical device is designed and prepared. Theoretical assessment confirms the rationality of the experimental scheme and explains the increased band gap. The device possesses advantages such as a small size and excellent flexibility and has large potential for lightweight and flexible energy storage applications.
