Research on Non-ferrous Metal Mining Investment & Development Decision

Focusing on the decision-making issues existed in the process of non-ferrous metal mining investment and development,This paper concludes the characteristics and the application objects of quantitative decision method,expresses the decision-making issues with decision tree,and at last summarizes the problems that should be paid attention to at the time of decision-making.Practice proves that adopting different decision-making methods in view of different decision-making problems can not only reduce decision-making time but also save the cost of decision-making.
