Sensitive and selective H2O2 detection: Chemiluminescent nanoparticles are fabricated utilizing fluorogens with aggregation-induced emission characteristics and a H2O2-responsive molecule. The obtained nanoparticles not only exhibit good response to H2O2 in vitro but also show high chemiluminescence in vivo using an LPS-induced inflammation model.
