Resin infiltration, in conjunction with noninvasive treatments, proves to be more effective than noninvasive treatments alone in addressing proximal carious lesions, and optimal obturation quality is achieved through the use of rotary instruments as opposed to hand instruments during biomechanical preparation are the recommended treatments for primary teeth based on the high methodological quality of SRMAs with high CE.
