Abstract

In article number 1803370, Yun Yan and co-workers employ the often undesired tendency of powders for caking to create macroscopic plastic supramolecular films. Upon exposing a powder, formed by coordinating clusters, to moisture under finger pressure, instantaneous congealing into a transparent film occurs. The resulting material is as strong as conventional plastic but moldable and serves as matrix for functional ingredients at room temperature.
