1380 Cross modality were evaluated in 2 angiographic image at different angles ≥25°.OCT imaging was performed to assess MLA to predict QFR<0.80.Results: 61 (55.0%) vessels were left anterior descending arteries and 91 (82.0%) vessels had ≥75% stenosis lesions.There were significant correlation MLD between 3D-QCA and OCT (r=0.90, p<0.0001).The cut-off value that showed the best correlation with the QFR cut-off of 0.80 was the MLA obtained by OCT less than 1.37 mm 2 (sensitivity 71%, specificity 71%).A investigated case of QFR and OCT Conclusions: 3D-QCA derived QFR showed good correlation with OCT measurement.MLA (less than 1.37 mm 2 ) assessed by OCT for prediction of functional-relevant stenosis (QFR<0.80)had good sensitivity and specificity.
