tx cohorts. In the same period, the prevalence of ischaemic heart disease (43% vs 34% vs 39%) and dilated cardiomyopathy (12% vs 5% vs 8%) was higher in the sac/val HF cohort vs the other cohorts. The prevalence of hypertension (57% vs 76% vs 83%) and diabetes (34% vs 35% vs 37%) was lowest in the sac/val HF cohort.
