Social advances and economic downturns in recent years are slowing down the pace of catering businesses development. Some businesses have seen negative growth,and so-called high-end restaurants are having a difficult time struggling to survive. The industry has entered a bitter winter after thirty years of rapid growth. Efforts to seek corresponding measures are being made both in and outside the catering circles. It's now widely acknowledged that the catering businesses should return to the fundamentals of its survival by targeting the general public,pursuing skill improvement and observing catering ethics.
