New positions and intensities of the Herbig-Haro objects HH 1 and 2

The positions of the condensations of HH 1 and 2 have been measured on two CCD (H-alpha and O III forbidden 5007 wavelength) images obtained in November, 1986. It is found that the positions coincide with those measured by Herbig and Jones (1981), when corrected for proper motions. The measurements are compared with other previous measurements between 1981 and 1986 to discuss changes that may have occurred in the condensations.
