以钛酸四丁酯为Ti源, 尿素为N源, 直接低温水热合成N掺杂TiO 2 粉末, 并以泡沫镍为载体负载N掺杂TiO 2 粉末. 采用XRD、SEM、TEM、UV-Vis和XPS对N掺杂TiO2粉末进行表征, 并研究了其可见光催化降解甲醛气体的性能. 结果表明N原子成功地掺杂到TiO 2 晶格中, 使其晶格常数a和c变大. N原子替代了晶格中部分O原子和Ti原子, N的化学价态表现为Ti-N-Ti和O-N-O形式, N掺杂TiO 2 可描述成Ti 1- y O 2- x N x + y -TiO 2- x N x 形式, 其吸收边界红移到600nm处. SEM结果表明N掺杂TiO 2 可以均匀弥散地分布于泡沫镍的载体上, 且具有高的可见光催化降解甲醛气体的能力.
