OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether the efficacy of a 12-week computer-assisted cognitive rehabilitation of attentive and executive abilities in patients with relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) persists after six months of treatment termination and to assess the contribution of brain activation changes observed during the treatment on neuropsychological performances at follow-up.
