OBJECTIVE: To identify the amount of microglial microvesicles in the CSF of patients affected by Alzheimer Disease (AD) and Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and prospectically monitor them in a 3 years-study in order to find their role as prognostic biomarker.
