2-dimensional materials including graphene and molybdenum disulfide are fantastic material platform for chemical sensors. In this talk, we want to share our recent advances in graphene-based gas sensors and taste sensors. We emphasize that surface modification and micro-patterning techniques as well as transfer technique are very crucial for obtaining high performance sensing properties. Detailed strategies for demonstrating 2-dimensional materials-based e-tongue and e-nose such will be introduced and prospectives of 2-dimensional materials for high performance chemical sensors will be addressed.
