In-situ Raman Spectroscopy and Spectroscopic Ellipsometry study of the iron/Polypyrrole interface.

Different pre-treatment procedures of the iron surface have been developed with the intention to alter the iron/Ppy interfacial properties. These results were correlated with the impedance response of Ppy coated iron samples in a corrosive aqueous environment.
