IκB kinase β (IKKβ) does not mediate feedback inhibition of the insulin signalling cascade

Volume 442 (2012), pp. 723–732Owing to an error during the compilation of Figure 1(C), the uppermost lane and the lane third from the top were mislabelled, and these lanes should have been presented the other way around. Therefore the first lane, which was intended to have shown the data for P-PKB, in fact shows the data for P-IKKβ; conversely, the data in the third lane, intending to have shown the data for P-IKKβ, in fact shows the data for P-PKB. A corrected version of Figure 1 is included below. This mislabelling does not affect the interpretation of the data in any way.
