1 min readThe three-dimensional problem of steady fluid deposition on an inclined rotating disk is illustrated in this study. The governing non-linear partial differential equations are reduced to the nonlinearordinarydifferentialequationssystembysimilaritytransform.Theanalyticalsolutionapplied tosolvethissystemistheHomotopyPerturbationMethod(HPM).Thevelocityandtemperatureprofiles areshownandtheinfluenceofPrandtlnumberandrotationratioontheflowfieldandtheNusseltnumber arediscussedindetail.Thevalidityofoursolutionsisverifiedbythenumericalresults.
