In article number 1907170, Zhenghua An, Zengfeng Di, and co-workers leverage scanning thermal microscopy to visualize the nanoscale Peltier effect across graphene wrinkles on germanium substrate, which attributes to the non-equilibrium charge transport through interlayer tunneling across the van der Waals barrier formed in graphene wrinkles.
