The self-assembling processes of amphibilic chiral oligomer to prepare porous films and vesicular ethers were analyzed. The amphibilic molecules favored vesicular self-assembly to optimize solvent/molecule interfacial energy and high concentration which resulted in formation of porous film. The nanovesicles possessed unique structures of high selective interactions under which nanovesicles favor random stacking manner. The chiral carbon atom in amphibilic molecules in an asymmetric factor directed self-assembling process and chirality effect induced curvatures of self-assembled structures.
