The final set of insertions/deletions (indels) provided in VCF format in <em>P. biaurelia</em>, <em>P. sexaurelia</em>, <em>P. tetraurelia</em>, and <em>P. caudatum.</em> <br> These files were used to perform analyses in the manuscript - "<strong>A population-genetic lens into the process of gene loss following whole-genome duplication"</strong>.
