Figure S3 from PD-L1 Negative Status is Associated with Lower Mutation Burden, Differential Expression of Immune-Related Genes, and Worse Survival in Stage III Melanoma

<p>Heat map (z-scores) for all 141 ImmPort identified immune associated genes differentially expressed by PD-L1 status in stage-III melanoma specimens. False discovery rate values (FDR), p-values, and log fold change (logFC) are also listed. The majority of immune genes (64%) were up-regulated in the in the PD-L1 positive groups (PD-L1 <0% of tumor cells).</p>
