Abstract
1 min readEnergy and renewable energy requirements have been focused on in developed countries as the global economy is developing rapidly. As a developed country, Australia possesses the potential to use renewable energies. In this study, five major cities in Australia have been considered for a hybrid of renewable energies, namely, wind and solar. In this work, the best locations for using hybrid renewable energies in some important cities in Australia are identified. The paper shows a comparative study on a feasibility study of using hybrid renewable energies in Australia. The studied cities in Australia are Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. As a result of this study, Â Adelaide owns the most dioxide carbon emissions for some of cases namely, retail, mall, hotel, and apartment among all cities, while for some other case studies, such as warehouse and supermarket, Brisbane and Melbourne own the most released dioxide carbon. Also, for the cost results, some interesting results have been found; for example, although there is no significant difference among costs in the cities for the mall case, considering hotel, a significant difference between the highest and lowest cost in the cities can be found considering.
