EXPERIMENTAL BEHAVIOUR OF REINFORCED CONCRETE SLABS, WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO ANISOTROPIC SLABS

A number of alternatives are available for the design of slab structures. The resulting structures have a greater or lesser degree of anisotropy of reinforcement, which in some cases may be quite extreme. The available experimental evidence is reviewed in order to clarify the role of such anisotropy.
