Evidence for peroxide and Cu1+species in La1.8Sr0.2CuO4from photo-emission studies — D. D. Sarma (1987) | RDL Network
Employing photo-emission and Auger electron spectroscopy, it is shown that La1.8Sr0.2CuO4 contains O22--type species and Cu1+ ions, proportions of these species increase with decreasing temperature. These species may play an important role in the high-temperature superconductivity of this oxide.
