Poly(vinylidene fluoride) and poly(bisphenol A carbonate), are developed to fabricate advanced dielectric polymer microcomposites. After the cellulose–fiber frameworks are incorporated into the matrix, the room temperature permittivity at 1 kHz is increased as large as by almost 109% to reach ∼81, while the dielectric loss at 1 kHz is decreased by 31% at the magnitude of 10 −2 . The dielectric mechanism is discussed based on a combination mechanism of dipole polarization, interfacial polarization and surface effect. This study demonstrates the beneficial effect of the cellulose–fiber framework on dielectric properties, providing a promising route to achieve high‐performance dielectric materials. POLYM.
