We analyze the performance of MIMO multi-user dual hop relay network in the presence of antenna correlation. Orthogonal space time block coding (OSTBC) is used as the transmission scheme. By assuming multiple correlated antennas in all nodes, we derive the exact closed form solution for outage probability, average symbol error rate (SER) and ergodic capacity. Moreover, the performance of the system in high SNR is considered to obtain simple asymptotic results and investigate the diversity gain. All the analytical expressions are verified with Monte Carlo simulations.
