Discussion on the optimization of TAME catalytic distillation column

The problems existed in the operation of catalytic distillation,such as the initiation and control of dimerization,the optimization of methanol content in the feed to the catalytic distillation column. The amount of isoamylenes at the column bottom and its control as well as the initiation and control of side-reaction of dimethyl ether in the catalytic distillation colomn are discussed and analyzed.
